Once you’ve chosen your ornaments and completed your purchase, your order immediately appears in our system. We give you a 3-day grace period after purchase — this is the only time you can cancel your order for a full refund. If you cancel after these 3 days, we retain 15% of the total amount to cover materials and preparation already started. After the 3-day window, we begin crafting your decorations. Every piece is made entirely by hand, just like baking a cake from scratch:

Because everything is handmade with love and attention to detail, production takes time (usually1-6 month, depending on the current order volume).As soon as your order is finished and packed, we’ll ship it to you and send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Delivery requires your signature, so we’ll know exactly when your package arrives safely. Please keep in mind:
