After you place your order, you have a 72-hour window to cancel it free of charge (no payment will be taken). If you cancel after 72 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply, as we will have already started the production process.

Production time: Depending on the current order volume and when you placed your order, your item(s) will be made within 1 to 6 months. As soon as your order is ready and shipped, we will email you the tracking number. Delivery requires a signature upon receipt to ensure you safely receive your handmade piece.
